Testimonials:

“I have attended three leadership workshops and found each one impactful, stimulating and thought-provoking. I most appreciated the way the panels brought different points of view to life, and the way Helen drew out each participant’s experience for the benefit of the entire group.”

Change Management

Like all managers today, you face a constant struggle to keep up with the rapidly changing demands of your business. Your organization needs to change in response. Doing this successfully will determine if you thrive - or even survive.

Your ability to inspire, motivate, and instil a sense of ownership and commitment throughout your organization is the key to the success of change initiatives. Often efforts at change actually increase resistance - and traditional management approaches breed resentment and make it difficult, if not impossible, for change initiatives to succeed.

When change is well managed, however, you can capitalize on your greatest asset - the talent, expertise, and natural energy of your team.

Turning Point International's Change Management program (usually 1/2 day) offers a new, highly effective approach to change - as a polarity to be managed rather than a problem to be solved. It also introduces three basic styles of cooperation encountered in any change effort, and how to work with "resistance to change".
